Purchase/Dispatch/Billing
Dispatch
Dispatch by mail is not possible. We send your selection as insured package with tracking. The magnets supplied by us and the resulting end products must not be exported directly or indirectly to USA, Canada and Japan. For a smooth dispatch, the magnets are wrapped in bubble wrap and/or foam foil.
We dispatch orders above 250 euros free of charge. Otherwise, dispatch costs are incurred. No minimum order value required.
When will I get my order?
Your order is delivered within 48 hours. 95% of all shipments are already delivered after 24 hours.
Modes of payment
You can pay as follows in our online shop:
- Billing
- Advance payment
- SEPA direct debit
- PayPal
- IMMEDIATE transfer
- Credit care
Ferrite versus Neodymium
Magnets made of neodymium are small super magnets, which also exhibit high holding force even in a small size. Ferrite magnets have a weaker holding force with a larger volume. Therefore, they are cheaper in price.
Which magnet should I use for what?
Consultation
Our magnet specialists are available for you on telephone from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.30 hours. You can reach us on the telephone number: +49 931 404 16 240.
Outdoor use
For outdoor use, ferrite magnets are suitable because they are non-corrosive. If it should be a strong neodymium magnet, we recommend sewing in the neodymium magnets, since it is protected by a plastic cover.
Sewing with magnets
Neodymium magnets, sewed in a square plastic cover are ideal for sewing in clothing, textiles and plastic. The magnets are securely protected against water or such environmental influences in the plastic cover and thus non-corrosive.

Safety
Please note our safety instructions for magnets (link safety pdf) in all activities with magnets from our MagnetiQ online shop.
Isotropic versus anisotropic

Get a preferred direction in the production process with the help of an external magnetic field. They can be magnetised in the specified direction during the later magnetisations. |

Directions of magnetisation
The magnetisation determines the position of north and south pole. Magnets are either axially or diametrically oriented. You can find a sketch matching each magnet in the online shop, which gives information about the magnetisation direction of the magnets.
Loss of holding force
The maximum working temperature is noted in the details for each magnet. If used beyond this temperature, the magnet loses its holding force.
How do I dispose of magnets?
Small quantities of magnets can be disposed through the household garbage. For the conservation of resources, we shall be happy if you send us the scrapped neodymium magnets, so that we can recycle them.
