The SPRINTIS spiral binding machine is ideal for binding loose sheets of paper, e.g. theses, seminar documents or operating instructions.
The PC360 spiral binding machine is characterised by its high performance. It has a punching capacity of 25 sheets and a binding capacity of 180 sheets. The device is therefore suitable for small to medium-sized print runs.
Use of the spiral binding machine:
First, holes are manually punched in the sheet collection and the plastic spiral is manually twisted into the first three holes. Then, using the electrically driven roller, the spiral is twisted all the way into the document. Then cut off the ends of the spiral with the help of pliers and bend them over so that the sheets are prevented from being unintentionally twisted out. The pliers are included in the scope of delivery.
Note: more detailed instructions and further information on the product can also be found in our data sheet under "Data sheets".
Advantages of a spiral binder:
- Each individual sheet can be folded over practically 360°
- The binding can also be released again if changes need to be made later.
- Adjustable edge distance, suitable for all common sizes of spiral binding spines.
- Punching and binding width: 360 mm
- Pitch: 4:1, corresponds to 47 holes for A4
