The highly transparent acrylic foam adhesive tape OL50, 0.5 mm thick and without carrier, consists of 100% viscoelastic pure acrylic compound. It offers good immediate and excellent final adhesion also on uneven surfaces and with joining parts of different surface properties. At the same time, it can be removed from most smooth, split- and tear-resistant materials without leaving any residue.

POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS:
Due to its performance, the tape can replace screws, rivets or even liquid adhesives and thanks to its high tensile and shear strength, it is ideal for vertical fixings of, e.g., signs, plates, panels or profiles. Since the acrylic foam is highly transparent, even transparent materials such as glass or plastic (with high surface energy) can be bonded almost invisibly.
Acrylic bond adhesive tape is used as a mounting tape in various industrial sectors (e.g. the automotive and electrical industries), in the trades and in the construction industry. Among other things, it impresses with its shock-absorbing and sealing properties, compensates for unevenness and component tolerances and ensures an equal distribution of tension. The excellent resistance to environmental influences such as temperature fluctuations, moisture and UV radiation also allow it to be used outdoors.
